I got a coffee maker for a friend as a house warming gift and ordered this to go with it. Well, I am glad I did as she loves not having to buy filters and says she never had a problem with it and it is great. I hope the coffe maker works good as she never said LOL but the price and quality seem to be great. I wish I they had one for my Bunn coffee maker.

After consuming endless paper filters, it’s great to have this re-usable one. The coffee flavor is unchanged from before and it is very convenient. I have found it works best for up to 8 cups of coffee. Any more than that and a bigger filter would be better.

I recently bought the Zojirushi EC-BD15 Fresh Brew Thermal Carafe Coffee Maker and love it. However, I was annoyed with having to deal with coffee filters! I make a pot of coffee ever day so that meant I threw away one paper filter, day-after-day. On top of that, the way the filters are made, with the seem on the bottom and side, you have to really finagle them to get the filter to sit just right in the machine.
Still, I was worried about buying a gold cone filter. I had read reviews of gold cone filters that didn’t fit right in the coffee maker, or after buying a gold cone filter people ended up with a lot of coffee grounds and sludge sitting at the bottom of their brewed pot of coffee.
I bought this coffee filter anyway and it has been perfect. It plops right in and fits perfectly in the coffee brewing basket of my Zojirushi EC-BD15 Fresh Brew Thermal Carafe Coffee Maker. No coffee grounds get through. And it has a swivel handle on top so I can easily take the filter out and clean it each day.
I’ve also read reviews of tears in the mesh for other filters. The mesh on this one is a bit delicate, but I’ve been washing it by hand every day for a few months now and I am not concerned of creating a tear. However, I wouldn’t recommend putting it in the dishwasher because that might be a bit too rough.
Overall, I would highly recommend this gold cone coffee filter. It works just as it should and, as far as I can tell, has no faults!

I received the gold coffee filter quickly. The filter fits the Gevalia 12 cup coffee maker, as well as, the old Krupps I have. I am proud of the filter. The gold filter catches more grains, and is so easy to clean.

This coffee filter is fantastic. It doesn’t leak grounds through and is reusable so you never run out of the paper ones.
